Internet Car Clubs

We hope that you will think this is one of the most innovative car related web sites on the Internet.

The initial motivation for creating this site was to provide Internet services to our own local car club. It was quickly decided that rather than help one car club, why not help ALL the car clubs. Our intention is to provide a site where car savvy but not computer savvy car clubs can put up and maintain their own individual part of our web site, thus quickly and easily getting a web prescence without all the hassel.   We want all car clubs to not only be able to post news and events, but also manage their membership roster, dues, and communications.

Please feel free to look around the public pages of our member car clubs. Come back often and see if any new clubs in your area have started posting information. Get your car club to start updating their section! View the Sample Club

Have your club officers take a look at the SAMPLE CAR CLUB site to see what features are available to any car club for FREE.

10-07-2018Lone Star Miata ClubMiatas at the State FairTo help pay for insurance, we ask $5 per car.  Otherwise, it's FREE for parking and to enter the fair.  We will have gate passes and be collecting the $5 at the September meeting.   Display our Miatas in the Classic Car Corral at the State Fair of Texas during the day through 6 pm.  Arrive around 8 am.  The latest plans are to enter the fair area at Gate 8.  Then stage near Starplex, and enter the fairgrounds with a police escort about 8:45.  We must wait until 6 pm to leave the fairgrounds.  We can come and go from the corral into the fair as we like.  We can bring any kind of food or drink, except no alcohol and no glass.  We will have a police escort starting at 5:45 pm to exit the fairgrounds.  If you want to stay after 6 pm, there will be parking in the fair parking lot.   What to bring:  Please plan on bringing something to share for breakfast such as: kolaches, small quiches, orange juice, breakfast burritos, fruit, etc.  Also bring folding chairs for sitting in the corral. Some of us will bring pop-up canopies.  Like last year, there will be picnic tables for us to use. Richard Rogers, Vice President145
